I took 640-553 on April 10, 2009.

It is the first Cisco exam I took. I was a little bit nervous and feared that I might fail the exam.

The test is relatively hard. But I felt a great sense of accomplish through the exam.

Here is the general information about the exam:

There are about 63 questions which should be finished in 90 minutes.

What you should pay attention to is that while you are taking the test, you can only move on, without backtracking.
