I Passed "I passed the exam of 642-611 on Oct.30th,2008 and scored 1000 which made me surprisedI spent about two months on preparations for the exam. 40% of the time was spent on theory, 30% of the time was spent on doing experiment, and the remained 30% of the time was spent on doing tests. Only doing tests could make you directly know the exam and help you consolidate your knowledge.

For MPLS, please check the course content first. Go to cisco.com or check at Globalknowledge.com website.
You will see that ATM has been removed and MPLS TE has been added.
Second, Here are the resources:
1. MPLS Fundamentals (book by Luc De Ghein) you will get the pdf in the CSCO shares section. This includes a chapter on MPLS TE as well (which is very important)

2. Ideally you should read from MPLS CSCO Student Guide V 2.2 but that one is NOT available online in soft copy hence folks are using MPLS Student Guide v 2.1 (note this includes ATM and cell mode which is NOT on course anymore).

3. KNET Videos version 2.2 but you will only find version 2.0 (this should be okay as well because you get the TE part from the book).

4. Practice using Dynamips.
Search for MPLS student guide and KNET videos in the CSCO shares section.
