7-days Products Returns

Your interest is protected by our "7-days guaranteed return policy". Online Software refund can be requested for an order if customers submits request within 7 days of purchase. You have to request Refund by e-mail to sales@pass4sure.com.
Customers have exactly the same rights to refunds when they buy items in a sale as when they buy them at full price.

Returnable Items

We offer a refund for certain software if
they're faulty, eg: the software links does not work
if the software is not as described or doesn't do what it's supposed to
if you are not happy with the contents.

Refund timeline

We do not ask any questions and ensure Full refund is issued to the same card used for making the purchase within 1 week of successful submission of Refund request.

Return procedures

To ask a Refund simply write us e-mail to sales@pass4sure.com. In e-mail please specify info about product that you bought on pass4sure and the reason why you are not satisfied with it. Please note that before providing a refund for any product pass4sure Support team can ask about Proof of purchase (see below).

Proof of purchase

In some cases pass4sure Support team can ask the customer for proof that they have bought an item from pass4sure. This could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement confirming the same. pass4sure Team will not disclose the Proof receipt to 3rd parties.
