Extreme Networks lunched web data center

Extreme Networks Inc. has recently launched an Open data center solutions that will enable organizations to build mobile and virtual grids. It will also improve the work performance, low latency and energy efficiency. Open Source Technologies Extreme Networks Data Center Fabric solutions leverage the standards based on existing investments while bringing new innovations in the field that will drive scale networks in the cloud.

Extreme Networks solution leverages Data Center Fabric ExtremeXOS ® operating system from end to end and emphasis on wire-speed switching of virtual machines (VM), the intelligence to computerize virtual mobility through XNV, based on standards without blocking 10Gbs high density server connectivity and high-density 40Gbs fabric blocks. There is no link with the issue of various routes. It is also designed to develop 100 GbE.

The Open Tissue Extreme Networks data center architecture incorporates standards-based OpenFlow to simplify network provisioning and support of the Data Center Bridging (DCB) to provide the consolidation of LAN and storage tissues in the data center, including iSCSI and FCoE. Extreme Networks products will be on display at Interop Las Vegas, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
