CCIE Voice Express

Step 1: Obtain CCNA certificate

Degree of Difficulty:

CCNA is an entry-level certification belonging to Cisco after-sale engineer certified system. As to general people, CCNA involves basic network knowledge and devices supported by CISCO system. The ccurriculum learning cycle is around one to three months.
At present, there are two channels to take the examination:

• 1.Take the examination of 640-802.
• 2.Take two examinations of 640-822 and 640-816.

Step 2: Obtain CCNA Voice certificate

Degree of Difficulty:

Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA Voice) validates associate-level knowledge and skills required to administer a voice network. With a CCNA Voice certification, a network professional demonstrates the skills required to perform baseline installation, operating, and maintenance on Cisco VoIP solutions, particularly the Smart Business Communications System from 8-250 lines.
At present, there is a way to take the examination:

• 1.Take the examination of 640-460.

Step 3: Obtain CCVP certificate

Degree of Difficulty:

CCVP certification demonstrates the increasing importance of IT professionals who are currently responsible for integrating voice technology into underlying network architecture. Professionals earning CCVP certification is capable of creating a transparent, easily expansive and managing voice solution. CCVP certification validates proficiency in implementation, operation, configuration and troubleshooting of integrated IP network.
At present, there are two channels to take the examination:

• 1.Take five examinations of 642-436, 642-446, 642-642, 642-456, and 642-426.
• 2.Take five examinations of 642-642,642-436, 642-426, 642-444, and 642-453.

Step 4: Obtain CCIE Voice certification

Degree of Difficulty:

CCIE Voice certification demonstrates expert-level knowledge as network professional in the area of VoIP solutions applicable in enterprises. Candidates must be able to install, configure and maintain voice solutions on IP network. However, CCIE Voice certification is unable to prove that the network professional has a profound understanding of the infrastructure where VoIP solutions are. In contrast, telecommunication operator- IP telephony certification validates that a network professional is not only a leading IP expert, but also knows VoIP well.
At present, the exam consists of two parts:

• 1.Take the written exam: 350-030.
• 2.Take the lab-based practical exam.
